Birra rossa doppio malto, rifermentata in bottiglia.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

750 ml capped AND swing-top bottle. Poured a light gushing and unfiltered strong hazy mid-brown coloured Bock with a two fingers fine and dense beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. A lot of floating sediments. The aroma is sweety toasted and caramel malts, vegetables, powerful green olives, notes of smoke and peat. The flavour is sweety toasted malts, caramel, dried fruits, walnuts, noticeable peat accents and a touch of smoke. The mouthfeel is thick and very smooth. This medium to full bodied Bock has a long malty and fruity finish. A quite impressive Bock, not from the expected Bayern but from the italian province of Treviso, region Veneto.
