REally off witbiers right now, and yet this was in the store and I bought a couple to age and one to drink. I am surprised! This is really good, I think really sweet blood orange and apricot are the dominant flavours, but there is something even borderline micro-brewery cream soda in there! That said it is not a sweet mess or a malty mess, its a nice biscuity wit, with really fruity tones, backed up by a delicate yeast that all together quite nice. The colour is something slightly more dark and interesting than a straw yellow. Quite happy with this purcahse

It pours a bright and hazy yellow-golden with a thin white head - lacing surrounding. An aroma of wheat malts, apples, pears, citrus fruits, grapes, tart and bitterness, light bread and yeast, and light spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth, silky, and rich. Flavors of wheat malts, hops, lemon and citrus fruits, golden apples, pears, grapes, bananas, bread and yeast, tart and bitterness, and light spiciness and a mild sting. Absolutely solid! .. altogether better than Witte(Ommegang) which I sampled last night. I think this is the best Witbier I have ever tried.

A whimiscal labeling. This one produced a cloudy yellow colored beer. The head is medium, with frothy texture and white in color. Good hang time and nice lacing of film and light cap. A nice complexity in the nose of spices, bread and flowery bouquet. The flavors match the nose in equal complexity. Coriander, pepper, lemon, orange bread, Nicely carbonated. Clean, smooth. Really impressive.

The aroma is very spicy with nice coriander, apricot, and orange peel as well as lemony overtones and is airy. The appearance is a very golden yellow and nice with a nice and full head on top that is bleach white and very carbonated and remains on top throughout consumption. The mouthfeel is very light-bodied and very smooth with some nice spicy complexity as well as balance with a very clean and light palate that is wet. The flavor is of spice, like coriander and lemon spritz, and other unknown spices with an aftertaste that is very acidic and lemony with some slight tartness in the finish. Overall, a very good white ale here with nice and soft tartness as well as spice; good example of the style here.

Pours lemon yellow with a thin white head. Very fruity, with moments of sweet and tart, with a dry and bitter finish. Lightly carbonated and somewhat thin.

Cloudy gold body with a meringue-like, white head that is thick and long lasting. The aroma is very floral with loads of orange followed up by a very phenolic bandaid and sawdust aroma. The flavor is brightly tart and very refreshing, with loads of orange juice flavor in the back. This is a very flavorful witbier, but the phenolic character is a little overblown.

Bottled. A bit hazy yellow colour, big white head. Fruity, a bit spicy aroma. Acidic citrus and dishwater in flavour. Also very earthy. Not too pleasant flavour, but otherwise good.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma is citrus and coriander. Flavour is sweetish, some sugar, some citrus, some acidity. Dry and lightly bitter finish. Light bodied and pretty highly carbonated. One of the better Wits, I’ve tried to date.
