The Tousky is the result of a brew day gone wild, where we had a little fun by letting ourselves get inspired by all the quality products already laying around. Without so much as a recipe, we added coriander, pepper and Merlot must on top of some fine malt and a wide variety of hops.

Pours a huge frothy white head and has a golden appearance. Thick lacing. Aromas of citrus and floral hops with wheaty hints. Flavours are mainly hoppy, some strong citrus notes, grassy and piney hops. Lively carbonation. A bit of a soapy mouthfeel. Good balance of sweetness and bitterness.
