Bottle: Poured a cloudy and hazy dark pink color ale with a big foamy pink head with perfect retention and good lacing. Aroma of sour cherry is dominating and quite interesting. Taste is an interesting mix between some Belgian malt with some sour cherry with some lingering notes of oak. Definitely no fake cherry syrup used in this one and this is all the better for it. Overall, a very nice fruit beer with some very refreshing characteristics.

NorCal December '07 - A very basic, almost beginner type of fruit beer. A vegetative nose almost bleeds out the cherryness of the beer. A strange nutty bitterness also permeates the nose. A very candy sweet cherry flavor. One dimensional for sure. Appearance is an odd orangeish-red color, one finger thick foamy head.

Clear orange-red colour with a rich white foam. Dryish aroma of almonds, cherries and currant-leaves with sugary undertones. Sweet and animalic flavour of cherry-jam, maruenge, spunned sugar and blood. Sweet finish of cherries and peppery alcohol.
