Full-bodied specialty beer, powerful and spicy. Once more preferred by the "over 40's," this beer experienced a renaissance among the younger generation under the name "Fat" (a local expression for strong beer). The best-selling variety among our beers at the inn, folk festivals, and at home.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured a light hazy and golden-yellow coloured Helles with a two fingers almost white and thin foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts and faint herbal hoppy notes. The flavour is sweety malts, honey tones and a touch of cooked vegetables. The mouthfeel is round, quite thick and ... flat. The texture is oily. This medium bodied Helles has a dry light sweety finish. Averaging by all sides, not really bad, not really exiting.
