In der warmen Jahreszeit das alkoholärmere, prickelnde "Helle", das im Biergarten die Lust auf eine Mass aufkommen lässt, ohne die Birne weich zu machen. Voll im Geschmack und hopfig ist es das Bier mit dem temperaturbedingte Flüssigkeitsverluste ausgeglichen werden können. Only available in June.

500 ml , on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered and hazy straw-yellow coloured Helles with a generous two fingers slight beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, a light but noticeable sourish sensation, herbal hops and some barnyard notes. The flavour is grainy sweety malts and a deep herbal hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is round. This light bodied Helles has a dry herbal hoppy bitterness. A perfect Helles for the warmer coming days in the new summertime.
