Poured vom Fass in the brewery tap room a hazy straw yellow colored beer with a creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Rich carbonation and superb lacings. The aroma is sweet malt and notes of herbal fodder. The flavour is sweet grainy malts. The palate is as you were eating the sweety grains. An unusual and exceptional sensation. The finish of this full bodied beer is long and bitter. A superb surprise!
