Enjoyed at Sushiya on Sunset Blvd in L.A. Pours a golden colour, pretty intense for a light beer. White head with minimal lacing. Malty nose with typical sweet lagers. Light malt taste and kind of refreshing. A better alternative to Coors Light.

Pours a golden yellow color that is almost see-through and has a short and thin white colored head that leaves little lacing down the sides of the glass. Smells of rice and that tingly alcohol smell you get from sake. Tastes like water mainly with hints of rice flavoring. smooth, very watery, good amount of carbonation.Drinkable, it was like fizzy water with a bit of rice.

Pours a rather typical and uninspiring clear straw yellow with not much of a white head. Aroma is weak and watery, barely like beer at all. Flavor is malty, on the thin side, all too typical of light beers. Texture has only a little fizz to it. Still I'm glad I gave it a fair shake. [Insert joke about light beer here.]

A golden yellow colored beer. A small, soapy textured, white head rises briefly above. No hang time. But a nice thin ringlet and clouds sit atop the body. Grainy nose. Light body, decent carbonation and grassy, light malt in tasting left an overall good impression.

Aroma of biscuits and yeast, with a one-finger head and little lacing. Light-bodied but substantial, with a clean, biscuits and malt flavor and a slight wheat aftertaste.

An average light beer. The taste is similar, although perhaps just a touch lighter, than the regular. Stiil, there is very little that would distinguish this light amongst any competitors.

Kirin Light 3.1 cheapdark Looks like lighter yellow sparklin water. A lighter enjoyable beer on the palate. Better than many domestic light beers. Fun, fizzy bubbly palate. Slight industrial linger in the background but otherwise well behaved. Overall good experience for this lager loaver. Looking forward to another bottle of this stuff. One of the better pale lagers I’ve tasted.

I tried this with a sushi dinner at a restaurant in Orlando. There was very little aroma detectable. The beer poured a light, pale golden color lacking lacing. The flavor was quite watery and had very little taste.
