Bomber from Bearden Beer Market. Clear golden pour, tall white head, some lacing too. Lightly sweet malt aroma, ample light hops, some lemongrass. Flavor is pretty good for a straight-up lager - refreshing if anything - lightly sweetened grains with ample hops bittering, a touch of lemon and citrus, very clean, not much bitter linger. Good on a hot evening.

Sampled on 1/15/2011. This pale lager pours a light gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is grainy, spicy and sweet with a touch of corn. A medium to light bodied pale lager. The malts are bready, cereal and slightly sweet. The hops are floral and spicy. Lively carbonation. It’s a pale lager, and there are some adjuncts here, but this is a very light, refreshing and flavorful beer. Crisp and clean, with a nice lively mouthfeel and a crisp dry finish. Very drinkable and would be a great beer on a hot day. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter, with a little bit of residual sweetness. I like this one a lot.
