The Raspbeery GPA gets its slightly sweet, tart and refreshing flavour from an ample dose of raspberries after fermentation and before carbonation to retain as much of the natural raspberry flavour as possible, adding a delicious and lively character to one of our signature beers. Our GPA, aptly named for the large number of highly ranked institutions and PhD Candidates in Kingston, is a refreshingly lively beer with a unique golden colour that is enjoyed by a wide range of palates.
