Heller High Water is a Pale (hell) straw coloured Bavarian Lager. Brewed with German malts, German noble hops and a genuine Munich yeast. High Water is a classic example of the session beers enjoyed in Bavarian beer gardens. Our seasonal offering has a clean malt flavour with a slight hop presence, perfectly balanced for Summer quaffing.

The beer pours a medium gold colour with a thick white head. The aroma is grains, light yeast, and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour is grains and hops. A little acidic in the finish. -

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours very little head and has a clear golden yellowish appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas of wheats and grains. Some hints of sweet malts. Flavours are also of the grainy/wheat malt variety. Some notes of sweet malts and herbal hops. Some fruitful flavours also, but mostly grains and some crisp bitterness. Drying mouthfeel. Light/medium bodied.

Enjoyed at the National Capital Craft Beer Week with PaleAleRider. Pours a clean pale blond colour with a decent white head that stays and create creamy lacing. Big grainy nose with soapy notes from the hop. Good blend of wet and dry mouthfeel. Again, nice full grain taste with minimal hops. An overall nice grainy brew.
