Bottle. Poured a clear deep gold colored beer with a three fingers white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, floral hops, hay, hints of honey. The flavour is grainy malts, herbal hops and a slight sourish effect. The mouthfeel is first creamy and slight crispy then round with a sourish sensation. This light to medium bodied beer has a marked hoppy bitter finish. A pleasant Export from Niederbayern.
