    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

500 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and opaque mid-brown coloured Bock with a one finger beige and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. A lot of big floating sediments. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel, fruity, sourish apples and a touch of barnyard. The flavour is toasted malts, brown sugar, caramel, dried fruits, walnuts, sourish fruits, apples and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is quite sweet and thick, fulled and smooth. The texture is quite watery. This medium bodied Bock has a dry sourish fruity and bitter finish. A very refreshing and quite unconventional Bock from Slovakia.
