500 ml, on tap at the brewpub. Poured in a Weissbier tulip glass an unfiltered and dark amber coloured Dunkel Weizen with a one finger light beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts and spicy, cloves. The flavour is grainy wheat malts, yeast, spicy, cloves and fruity, grainy apples, pears and citrussy notes. The mouthfeel is sparkling, quite thin and very smooth. This light to medium bodied Weizen has a dry malty and fruity finish. An easy drinkable Böhmisches Dunkel Weizen.
