Traditional American-style Pale Ale, our Pitchfork Pale is a new addition with the opening of our restaurant. This dry- hopped Ale combines a strong floral aroma with a mild bitterness that is far from overpowering. The pronounced hop characteristic of this beer complimented with a slight maltiness makes it an extremely drinkable beer that will leave you longing for more.

Some citrus and pine on the nose. Pours a very nice burnt orange with some head. Medium mouthfeel that is smooth a clean. Flavor might be a little off and there is know telling how old the bottle is.. It is not skunky but maybe not as crisp as a pale ale should be. Some alcohol on the finish. Has a bit of metallic taste to it.. I bet this would be nice on Draft when it is fresh.
