750 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Saison stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered and light hazy amber-brown with reddish tones coloured Saison with a one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is clearly fruity, mandarins, citrus on a solid malty backbone, resinous hops. The flavour is sweety malts, juicy fruits, mandarins, dried fruits, raisins, spicy, licorice and resinous hops. The mouthfeel is round, quite thick and fruity. The texture is a bit oily. This medium bodied Saisons has a long juicy fruits finish. A hight ABV level, 7 %, for this Belgian Saison, but it's so well hidden that it is nearly not detectable.

Bottled@Belgobaren, Stockholm. Deep brownish amber colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is spices, caramel, alcohol, fruits and yeast with dark fruity hints. Flavour is much the same in a complex way. Also has some rather earthy notes as it’s been around in the glass for a while.

This beer is copper coloured, slightly hazy, with a thin tan head. The aroma is citrusy hops, hints of pine, and some sweet malt. The flavour is hoppy with grapefruit flavours backing up a malty texture. Refreshingly easy to drink despite not being spectacular.

Bottle: Poured a clear deep copper/orangey color ale with a medium foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light funky ester with some typical Belgian malt. Taste is less complex then anticipated with some funky ester and light semi-sweet Belgian malt. Light dry hops are very subtle and somewhat hard to distinguish. Body is somewhat full with average carbonation and no alcohol is detectable. Not too bad but not as complex as I had hoped for.
