Clear yellow, no foam remaining. Barley and dough aroma, same in taste. A beer good for this warm climate, but nothing outstanding. Heavy advertised easy drinking beer. (Atlanta 201505)

This is one of those beers you want your buddy to give you to drink. And not one you want to spend your own money on. Taste is very much like corn and malt mixed with water and brewed in a stone jug.

Aroma is typically beery. Looks like the average straw-yellow US macrobrewed beer. Taste is OK, not bad but not exciting or exceptional either. Both aroma and taste are mainly malty, with just a hint of bitterness. This brew does not have much to it, but it is OK if nothing else is available. Good for parties and sporting events, or for whenever you want a beer but don’t want to focus too much on your chug.

Pours a straw color with a small white head that dissipates quickly and leaves no head. The aroma is of corn and other malt. The tastes of bland malt, that is it, a little taste of alcohol and has some fullness to it. Definitely goes down smooth for a light bodied beer, but carbonation seems a tad heavy. Overall just another macro brew.

Surprised to see that I never reviewed this one before. I'm going to have to do it from memory because I don't think there's any chance I'll be drinking it again soon. It used to be a beer we'd buy in college when it was part of a special. It was a strong beer for us at the time! Not bad if you drink it really cold, but otherwise it's too grainy and there is nothing good about this one.

There are way too many cheap beers out there and this is deffinitely one of them, but, it does have a bit more backbone than some, probably because of the higher alcohol content, and simply for that reason it's ranked higher than others.

Little to no aroma, maybe a little biscuit. Rocky, two finger head that dissipates quickly leaving little to no lacing. Full-bodied, thick mouthfeel. Strong flavor of corn, grain, and little bit of wheat.

I've only had this a few times and it's completely forgetable. If you're in a crunch it's alright. I wouldn't turn it down if it was handed to me but I would never buy it.

Stereotypical lawn mower beer. Will work for that, or even just for a day up at Great Point. The aroma is average, at least to me. Somewhat better than a Bud or Bud Light.

Couldn't tell you how many times I ordered this in a club or bar.....old days of course. I never really minded an Icehouse. Then I started drinking craft and probably never ordered an Icehouse again. OK party beer if the economics/demand require swill. I would also have to agree that it may be the most drinkable of the swills. Not super-skunky which is pretty much mandatory for me.
