The best English pale malt and subtle contributions from five specialty grains balanced with a liberal dosage of English Fuggles and East Kent Golding hops produces this Burton-on-Trent classic style. For those that think a pale ale should be blond in color, you are mistaken. This brew is a pale copper color and has a medium body that finishes with a strong hop flavor that lingers until your next pint. Best served with all types of pub fare, especially buttery sautéed crab claws, hearty shepherd's pie, or bangers and mash with thick onion gravy.

Among the very best Pale Ales that I have tried. A nice hoppy taste without being overbearing with a really crisp finish. The flavor is comparable to many of the best pale ales that I've tried. The best brew from Hurricane.
