PALE DOG is an homage to our chairman. Full of character with a dry and crisp finish. We start with a base of the highest quality 2 Row malted barley we could find. We blend a small amount of Vienna and Caramel malts to add distinct character and mouthfeel, then mashed for both attenuation and a balanced malty sweetness. Throughout the boil we use all domestic hop varieties that are higher in alpha acids and lend toward flavors of grapefruit and tropical fruit. Starting with Summit and transitioning to Columbus and Cascade, the kettle hop additions provide an enticing aroma, noticeable but balanced bitterness and finish with a whollop of hop flavor. Pale Dog Pour A standard pint or pub glass at 47° to truly experience all the aromas and flavor Pair A nice jalepeno bison burger, spicy Mexican dishes, or even Masoor Dal Ready to party and ready to be shared with friends. It pours with a white head that lingers on the glass and the carbonation provides intense aromas of resinous citrus fruit. A 12 oz. can is a perfect companion at the disk golf course or after a nice long trail run.

Yet another APA that blurs the line between a pale ale and a IPA. Nice citrus hops with a touch of fruit in the aroma. A deep copper body with a thin cap that leaves some spotty lace. Flavor starts with a nice grapefruit bite, the malts are heavy caramel, however there is a bit of astringency in the finish, otherwise i would have rated it a bit higher.A nice big hearty Pale ale.
