On tap at the Oldsmar Tap House. Pours deep slightly hazy amber with tan head. The aroma is rich yummy caramelized malts and crystal malts. Nice. The taste is rich and caramel goodness cut by some carbonation tingle of grainy malts. Midway I get a brief note of floral hops. This brew starts thick and caramel sweet but manages to even out some and approach being refreshing into the finish.

A little too sweet and oddly boozy to be a favorite, but the sweet bready malt backbone was nice enough. Aroma and flavor also has some ripe fruit. It was a huge gusher, so no bonus points there. A one timer at 4.50 when Celebrator is cheaper and much much better.

Sampled on 11/13/2009. This bock pours a medium brown color from a 50cl swing-top bottle. Medium sized, quickly dissipating, white foamy head. The aroma is bready and caramel, slightly sweet. A medium bodied bock. The malts are caramel, bready and sweet. The hops are earthy. Lively carbonation. A smooth tasting, fairly sweet bock. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

A nice reddish beer with brown hints that's topped with a medium sized tan coloured head. Aroma is primarily dark malt with molasses and hops added to the mix. The flavour is a tad sweet with molasses and sweet malt followed by a bitter finish. A truly enjoyable treat
