Our most consumed. A beer for any hour or occasion, whether in Summer on tap in the mug or at home with friends. This is probably be due to the simplicity of this mild, well-balanced beer. It is popular among both women and men and is fashionably full-bodied. Strong brewed due to long lagering. Golden color, fresh smell, full and mild with balanced bitterness.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Bavarian Seidla an unfiltered and light hazy golden-orange coloured Kellerbier with a two fingers light beige, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, faint grassy hops, herbs. The flavour is moderate sweety malts, bread and vague fruity hops, citrus. The mouthfeel is round and sparkling. The texture is oily. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a dry malty finish. I expected more from the " best sale " of the Hofmann brewery.
