Our most celebrated brew. Deep mohogany hue with ruby highlights. Reminiscent of roasted grains, cocoa and maple. For the true beer enthusiast

A deep, dark brown colored beer with a big frothy textured light tan head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. It settles eventually into low lying fluffs of film and a light ringlet. Light nose of coffee and chocolate. The sweetness imparted by the maple comes through in the tasting balanced well by the bitterness of the coffee and burnet chocolate. Light medium bodied. Rally nice.

Poured a dark copper color with roasted malt lingering in the aroma. The flavor was alrgely that of roasted malt with soem caramel malt and I detected some biscuit malt as well. Had a nice smooth finish.

This brew poured a dark brown colour with a fluffy tan head. Aromas of coffe, and chocolate. Semi-sweet mouthfeel- not overly rich. Taste was comfortable lighter with notes of chocolate.
