Water and corn. A little hop at the end which saves this beer, otherwise would be a total bust. On the flatter side carb-wise which give is a smoother feel, but I'd rather have some fizz to it with a beer of this quality. Pretty much a pale lager. Grabbed in the variety pack trying to save a few bucks, but not even worth it.....rather drink water. Why do brewers continue to brew this stuff?

Pours a golden color. Smell is sweet and malty. Taste is a bit mild, some malts and sweetness.Overall an easy drinking but somewhat on the bland side beer.

This beer was retired a few years ago. I had it as both a High Falls beer and a Genessee beer. It pours a clear gold with a huge white head (looks like a pale lager). The aroma is weakly malty with weak hop tones and the flavour is similar with a tad sweet malt backbone.

An old friend from my ol' stomping grounds. I've had the pleasure of enjoying this beer many time. This is a tasty beer from the Genny company. It hits the spot on hot summer days around the BBQ.

Golden color with a small white head. Corny, malty aroma. Corn taste also included metal and possibly some harsh phenols?

12 horse was my favorite of the Genesee brand. It had more body than regular Genny

Used to be the best beer produced by Genesee when I first had it back in the early 80's and then it disappeared...since it has subsequently reappeared on the market either it or me has changed, it is pretty close to nasty these days.

Not much to say here. Wasn't a very good beer in my book. Not balanced at all, probably used Nugget hops to bitter it, and nothing else. My bottle was skunked, stale tasting, and just plain bad all around. I didn't even pour it in a glass, because who wants to wash a glass after having a terrible beer in it? Not much in the way of body, that's for sure. Thin and watery, not much maltiness in it either. Extremely un-balanced in my book. Find better out there, gang.
