500 bottle, from Vinmonopolet Vika. Batch #461. Unfiltered and unpasteurised. ABV is 7.5%. Hazy amber colour, large off-white head. Sweetish but nice aroma, ripe fruits, malts and some caramel. The flavour is also fruity and malty, medium sweet, with tolerable hops in the finish. The alcohol is not very well hidden, but that’s okay - after all, this IS a bock. Quite enjoyable.

Pours out in a reddish brown colour with a nice fluffy tan-coloured head. Dark bread, metal, caramel, spicy hops, mild licorice, alcohol and toasted malts in the aroma. Full-bodied with pleanty of toasted malts, dark bread and caramel with spicy notes of noble hops and licorice in the background. Long aftertaste of nuts, caramel, bread and alcohol. Solid and tasty.
