Bottle. Poured a clear deep gold colored beer with a white foamy head that had a short retention. Nice lacing. Rich carbonation. The aroma is sweet malts, hay, peppery, barnyard, grassy hops. The flavour is sweet malts, fruity, apples and mainly pears, hints of tropical fruits. The palate is quite watery. The finish of this light to medium bodied beer is fairly bitter. A quite interesting beer.
