Bottle. Poured a clear deep gold colored bock with a two fingers white foamy head that had a short retention. Mid-sized carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is grainy, roasted malts, dark fruits, raisins. The flavour is sweet malts, fruity, ripe raisins, plums, hints of caramel. At the end of the sip comes a nice bitterness. The palate is smooth. The finish of this full bodied bock is nice bitter. A very enjoyable bock.
