This beer is completley different to most australian beers. The majority of aussie beers are bitters, so this nice malty brew is a very good change and quite tasty. The cost of the carton of 24 beers is also very reasonable. All in all a good drop ( it may not compare to fully imported beers but still freakin tasty) Have a lovely day nibbsy

I like the brewer's description at the top of this page....it's dead on. Pale gold, froths up some white head that quickly dissapates and lots of bubbles. Smell is skunky with sweet malts, grass and some hops. Taste is on the watery side - slightly sweet, some flavour of malts and hops. Comes across thin with minor bitterness. Booooring. These beers are sooo boooring....but drinkable. Very forgetable. Claims that it is made in Melbourne, Australia

My bottle claims to be brewed in Melbourne.
Not as bad as I expected (the green bottle made me hesitate) But this one is actually fairly unoffensive. Golden colour, even a little head. Aroma, while hardly pleasant, is rather neutral (even despite green bottle!) Mouthfeel is standard macro, but avoids too much corn starch. Flavour is agreeable. The whole beer really, is rather agereable. -

An okay little beer (well, little bottle). Pour, look, aroma were about average. Taste was a little better. Better than the Canadian-brewed Fosters, for example.

this beer is ok and is pretty affordable over here. but not extremely fantastic. an acidic, fruity flavor with a malty aftertaste. beats any aussie beers. i pick this over fosters.
