500 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured a clear burgundy-brown coloured Polotmavý with a generous two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles.Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel and a herbal hoppy bitterness. The flavour is quite the same, with the grainy malty sensation in addition and noticeable notes of wood, oak. The mouthfeel is clean and very smooth. This light bodied Pivo has a long toasted malts finish. A nice pleasant Polotmavý from the beer city of Plzen.
