Bottle. Poured a hazy medium amber colored Hefeweizen with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruits, apples, citrus and bananas. The flavour is wheat grainy malts, spicy, cloves, fruity, bananas, notes of aciditic citrus. The mouthfeel is round and very smooth. This medium bodied Hefeweizen has a wheaty malty finish. A well balanced brew from Forchheim in Upper Franconia.

Bottle. Poured a hazy pale amber colored beer with a superb three fingers white foamy head that had a very long retention. No lacing. The aroma is fruity, bananas, apple, citrus, yeasty and slight sourish. The flavour is sweet wheat malts, bananas, cloves and cinnamom. The mouthfeel is a little crispy ans too watery. This medium bodied beer has a fruity finish. A quite pleasant Hefeweizen.

Forced draught at the GBBF 2008. Cloudy golden colour, moderate head. Typical hefeweizen aroma: cloves, banana, citrus. The flavour is very citrussy / lemony (maybe too much), also notes of cloves and banana.
