This beer was weak! For a beer that is supposed to be hoppy, it wasn't. In fact, there wasn't even the slightest hint of hops in this beer. Organic or not, this beer stunk. Don't waste your money.

This poured a one finger, foamy white head on top of a clear, orange body. The aroma was bland, almost non-existent. The taste was probably of hops but nothing else. Mouthfeel was thin and watery to complement the lacklustre finish. Not one I'd have again.

I had no idea this was an AB brew until I arrived at this page. A thin, soapy head on top of a pleasant amber color. After that, it bottoms out a little. This ends up as just ANOTHER lackluster lager. Mild malt and hop flavors with a hint of grass. A bit harshly carbonated. Nothing "wild" about this. Not going to pick this up again.

I have no idea what the helium-double-hockey-sticks "organic" is supposed to mean, but that doesn't detract from (or add to) this beer. Wild Hop has an inviting amber color, a little bit of beer smell, and a crisp, simple taste with a touch of bitter. Not superb, but overall a nice beer that is worth a try. Maybe you can bring it to an Earth Day party.

Ab's attempt at a decent organic beer was a little weak to me. Pours an amber body with a hoppy aroma. The first initial taste is of citrus and then it fades away from there. Weak and a tad on the watery side. a little unbalanced.

"Dont ask me why but I was really scared to try this Organic Brew. It didnt really taste that different, but it had a grainy taste at the end that I really liked."

Pours light and somewhat amber... I don't know what the "Wild Hops" are that they put in this beer, but they are extremely untamed and give an overpowering aroma and flavor to the beer that really sucks. Very sweet for a lager. Not my favorite and I don't think I will be getting this one again any time soon.

I had this on tour at the brewery during the big St. Louis Power outage 'round Thanksgiving. Far better than Bud, but I must admit, Willamette is very strange choice for an American Lager, why not go with Sterling or Liberty or even anything else! Oddly, it kinda works, its earthy and hoppy, yet clean and crisp, but I've had so many better CAPs in my day.
