We've been having fun making draft only batches over here at GC again! This release is all about Strata from start to finish, and works wonderfully in this beer style. Medium in body, with just a lick of crackery maltiness (but without that cloying caramel flavor), and then kicks in with all the hop flavor and aroma. Flavor notes? Fresh ruby red grapefruit zest, a hot boxed VW Bus, and a dab of strawberry jam
