This is a copper colored medium bodied bock beer. We lagered this beer for 8 weeks and conditioned for 2 weeks to achieve a mellow, malty, special Maibock for our anniversary. Noble hops and high quality German barley were used to make this beer.

Have been to Great Waters before and always like their selection, but only had time to stop for one pint. Rich, gold color with a solid white head, and decent lacing. A full aroma of malt mixed with a little fruitiness. Taste of bready malt, balanced with more fruit and sharp hop bitterness to finish it off. Medium body, smooth and rich. Another hit in their rotating selection.
