Pretty clean, golden colour with tiny bubble carbonation. The head is soft, almost creamy with again, tiny bubbles, good retention and some light lacing spots. Brett nose with the earthiness, sourness, funkiness, some citrus notes and hints of bananas. These hints give out the barrel-aging in the taste with mild woodiness, vanilla. Refreshing mouthfeel that is kind of crisp, with the citrus, mild grassy hops and funk. Not a bad barrel-aged Saison.
