As previously stated, this is a boring and bland beer with a capital 'B'. It looks like any other of the style...golden colour, clear, white head, skunky grainy aroma, grassy taste with metal. Ho hum.

Got this as a one off from the LCBO, pretty weak beer, not alot of mouthfeel or carbination., One of the other reviews said inoffensive and that is the correct term, nothing makes this beer terrible or great, just kinda blah.

Bought a six-pack of this at the LCBO down south on Bank street in Ottawa. Kind of a weird lager. Pours a pale golden colour with a thin foamy white head that don't stay long. No lacing, and carbonation is heavy with big bubbles. The nose is fruity, but also with a salad-like aroma. Thin-bodied and watery. The taste is different, but not as weird as the scent. Starts with a pear-apple flavour and ends with some grain malt. A very unique micro lager that is refreshing... and special.

Poured a crystal light gold lager in the mug with a small white cap that goes fairly quickly...but does lace the glass. Almost no aroma to speak of...faint sweetness and cerial husks. Light body, sandy mouth feel, smooth mild character Light malts up front a bit fizzy from carbonation but there are some hops balancing the light malts...quick finsh, drying light biscuit taste at finish...no after taste. Standard Canadian golden all malt lager clean, no off tastes, inoffensive.

Average, but drinkable, especially on draught if drank from a frosty mug. Like Cool, this was a draft brewery originaly, and while around since the mid-80's, didn't put their beers into bottles untill around the same time as Cool did. Unlike Cool, however, this is at least drinkable, and cheaper.

Generally distasteful and lacking in every sense. Poor taste, poor aroma and no mouthfeel. I am not picky with lagers and expect very little from most new ones I try, but this one dispointed just in that it is a poor product. Don't mean to knock the little guys, I love supporting them, but this one I would NOT have again.
