Ein goldgelbes Naturspektakel mit wunderbaren Hopfenaronen in der Nase. Angenehm moussierend mit einer leichten Restsüsse, die durch die Bitterkeit des Hopfens abgerundet wird. Zutaten : Wasser, Gerste, Hopfen. Gebinde : Flasche 0.33 l - Fass 15 l, 30 l, 40 l, 50 l.

330 ml capped swing-top bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy amber-orange coloured Kellerbier with a generous two fingers soapy and light beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Sustained carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is sweet grainy malts and a noticeable grassy hoppy bitterness. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, farmmilk (!), fruity, citrus and apples and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is fizzy and round. This medium bodied Kellerbier has a dry hoppy bitter finish. I don't unterstand what's happened to me, I founded, clearly milk, for the first time in a beer !
