Our One Ton Pale Ale is brewed with a "Ton" of American Hops. The head bull in the herd that "recycles" our brewers grain, Hoppy really does weight a ton. Bright amber, crisp and double dry hopped, this beer might be Colorado’s Best Pale Ale and That's No Bull!

Sampled on 9/9/2010. This Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel, floral hops and sweet. A light to medium bodied Pale Ale. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet, The hops are floral and grapefruity. Seems to be somewhere between an American and English Pale Ale. Seems a touch thin and watery. The bitterness seems to grow on you and it intensifies a bit as the beer warms. Hints of orange. Minimal carbonation. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear dark gold with a small white head that goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.
The aroma is lots of fruity resiny hops with a little caramel and spice.
The flavor is bready caramel malts with some floral fruity hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and kind of watery.
Overall, an OK pale ale. This was much better fresh at the brewery – more bright hop flavors and seemed less watery too.
