Cloudy Wheat has a lively, white head with an aroma of newly harvested fields and is pleasantly dry. The flavour is full making this a fine accompaniment to fish, shellfish and light meat dishes. Can also be enjoyed as an aperitif for good times amongst your friends.

500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 5.5%. Despite the name, this is one of the least cloudy hefeweizens I have seen, pretty close to a kristallweizen. Pale golden colour, big to moderate white head. Typical hefeweizen aroma of ripe bananas, cloves and bubblegum. The flavour has also notes of banana and cloves, hints of citrus, very moderate hops in the finish.

330 ml bottle. Poured a cloudy mahogany / deep amber colored ale with a one finger slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Mid-sized carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is weak toasted malts, hay and a touch of sourness. The flavour is faint caramel malts, yeast, some dark fruits, plums, hint of licorice. The mouthfeel is slight creamy and watery. This light to medium bodied ale has a dry finish. Too soft. Too far away from a classic Weizen.

Hazy amber colour, rich white foam. Rubber and over-riped banana in the clean aroma. Flavour of banana, rubber and grains with a short finish of neutral yeast.
