Our first 355 ml tin, full of stone fruit aromas! Pours a hazy copper hue with a tight pleasant white head. We are sensing citrus, pine, mango, apricot and peach on the flavours. Very easy drinking despite the 6.8 / 90 IBU. Based on our much loved Farmstead IPA, Hop Hash is a showcase not only of Mr. Tremain’s prowess on the brew deck, but of the dank flavours from high concentrations of Ontario chinook, centennial and cascade hops. We dry hopped for the first time with hop hash. We’ve been collecting the hop hash for the past three harvest seasons and are super happy to share it with you!
