This classic American Pale Ale is is floral to the nose and flavorful to the mouth. 2 - row, 5 specialty malts, and just the slap right amount of Cascade hops makes our pale ale just a shade short of perfect. Grab some and tell us what you think. Surely to be one of your new favorites.

Pours a clear amber with a nice frothy ivory head. Aroma has fruity and malty notes in the maltiness. Strong, malty flavor has a fruity underpinning. Smooth and pleasant mouthfeel is fairly fizzy. This is truly a good ale.

There's really nothing that stands out with this pale ale. It lacks any appreciable complexity and/or character. They've over compensated for those short comings by loading the citrus flavors - way too overpowering. Slightly bitter. They've got a ways to go to bring this one up to the standards of truly great pale ale.

A dark orange apperance with a moderate white head. The aroma contains some grapefruit, perfume, and malty notes. The flavor is rather bitter with a ton of citrus showing. You cant definitley tell they used Cascades with the strong grapefruit presence. Also a hint of caramel shows in this. A nice APA.
