500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Mohren Bräu Stein glass a clear golden-yellow coloured Helles with a good two fingers slightly beige dense and creamy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild sweety malts, notes of cooked vegetables, leeks, light grassy hops. The flavour is quite the same, mild sweety malts, cooked vegetables, leeks, mild grassy hops. The mouthfeel is light crispy, light sweet and light bitter. The texture is watery. This light bodied Helles has a dry light bitter finish. Easy drinkable, this Helles is also very refreshing.
