Our precious is the light of our home. Fresh, mature, balanced-hoppy. 500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original GlückAuf glass a crystal golden-orange coloured Helles with a two fingers practically white soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation.Some lacing. The aroma is faint sweety malts, cereals and faint grassy hops. The flavour is sweety malts, corn and slight grassy hops. The mouthfeel is mild sweety. This light to medium bodied Helles has a dry slightly bitter finish. A quite decent Helles from West Saxony.
