    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original GlückAuf designed Bock Seidel a clear burgundy-brown coloured Bock with a two fingers tan foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, notes of black chocolate, caramel and coffee beans. The flavour is heavy roasted malts, caramel, dark fruits, plums, notes of bread. The mouthfeel is slight crispy and quite thin even watery. This medium bodied Bock has a dry roasted malts finish. A pleasant Bock from Saxony. The brewery states a 5.9 ABV, the beer label : 6.3 % !
