Für diese Biospezialität wird ausschliesslich deutschen Siegelhopfen aus ökologischem Landbau ein. Auch das Braumalz - die Seele des Bieres - wurde aus Gerste von bayerischen Bio-Bauern gemälzt. Gebraut mit dem Neumarkter Mineralbrunnen nach dem bayerischen Reinheitsgebot von 1516.

500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured a clear amber-orange coloured Helles with a good one finger slightly beige creamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is grainy malts and faint herbal hops. The flavour is grainy sweety malts, corn, hay, a touch of aciditic fruits, citrus, herbal hops. The mouthfeel is sprinkling and quite thin. This light to medium bodied beer has a slight hoppy bitter finish. A quite interesting Helles.
