500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Geyer seidla a light hazy golden-orange coloured Helles with a two fingers soapy and light beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, bready, notes of hay and honey. The flavour is sweety malts, corn, straw and light bitter. The mouthfeel is light crispy, fizzy and round. The texture is watery. This light bodied Helles has a dry malty finish. An easy drinkable and decent Helles from the Nürnberg area.
