Brewed in the classic 16th century Bavarian hefeweizen style. Pours a hazy blond, with a thick white head and a soft creamy mouthfeel. Aroma features complex yet subtle notes - primarily clove, banana ester, and a gentle fruitiness. Refreshing and clean palate, with a light body that is deeply thirst-quenching.

Pours a golden colour with a slight film over it. The head is fizzy and does not last long with hardly any lacing in site. Decent Belgian Ale yeast nose at first with the yeast coming out later. The taste has the wheat upfront with some nice yeast balance. Refreshing, even though not cold. Not a nice looking beer, but the rest is pretty good.

Can. Colour - hazed straw yellow colour, huge frothy white head, decent lacing. Aroma - slight banana, wheat, light spice note, and a floral hoppiness. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - sweet wehat malt, some nice spiciness, and a light bitter finish. Good effort.
