Unfiltered and refreshing, our German-style wheat beer is full on flavor yet light on the palate. Authentic hefeweizen yeast creates the compelling aromas of bananas, citrus, and cloves, while the all wheat and malt body perfectly captures the brilliance of an orange- and yellow-flecked Florida sunset. Pairing Suggestions: Mild or sharp goat cheeses, arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette, grilled shrimp, beer-battered onion rings with spicy aioli, whole wheat crust pizza, honey-drizzled baklava.

Taps somewhat hazy apricot with a thin but serviceable eggshell head. Aroma features malty, banana, yeasty, and possibly mango notes. Flavor offers more fruit, plus fresh malt and a touch of perky hops. Mouthfeel presents decent body and jazzy fizz. Get funky in Florida!

This is a little different than the normal average Hef. Has a semi-clear yellow to light orange appearance. Filtered more so loses some of that yeasty flavor, yet gives it a smoother and crisp feel. Some fruity flavors like mild orange and mango. Also tasting some nuttiness. I'd get this again.

A bright full sunshine in color. There's a big fluffy textured, white head rising above. Good hang time on that head. Settles into a medium sized ringlet. Orange blossom honey dominates the profile. Not much of a wheat presence. Reminds me of a braggot, at least that's what came to mind. Light, effervescent and refreshing.
