Clear nut brown, redish with off white foam head, nice lacing. Aroma is caramel dominated. Taste is good dark bock beer, perfect match with meal ordered. Short aftertaste. (Dresden 201312)

500 ml bottle. Poured a clear ruby brown colored Bock with a two fingers beige foamy head that had a long retention. Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel, dark fruits. The flavour is roasted malts, caramel, spicy, licorice, overripe dark fruits. The mouthfeel is a bit watery. This medium bodied beer has a dry malty finish. A well done Bock from Saxony.

Canned. Dark reddish brown colour, nice big brown creamy head. Sweet caramellish malty aroma. Malty flavour with hints of alcohol and barley as well as some toffeeish hints. Strong bitter finish. Pleasant one.
