Just like our friends in the Antipodes, Southern Latitude is on form during Summer and takes its heritage from a wealth of different sources. A New England style beer, brewed in the U.K., using Aussie and U.S hops. Complex by nature, this beer is naturally hazy, overshadowing a golden malt profile. The aroma offers intense, tropical fruits with pineapple, passionfruit and peach. Expect a robust, fruity and bitter flavour profile of mango, pineapple and grapefruit. Australia is probably best known for its white sandy beaches, vast red deserts and the relaxed, genuine people. Somehow though, between the beach and the desert, they actually have the ideal climate to grow some really very good hops. Which is probably a good thing, they do like a beer. Southern Latitude is inspired by those long, hot Aussie Summers where the days are lazy and warm and beers flow well into the night. This one is packed chock full of Aussie hop varieties as well as some US favourites to round out the tropical punch you would expect from a Summer seasonal.
