Clear pour of yellow gold, and an enduring foamy white head. Yeasty aroma as well as light fruit. Smooth mouthfeel. Refreshing flavour of yeast, spices, and the light fruit. Tart finish.

Part of the BC Craft Brewers Guild Natural Selections 6 pack (2014). Pours a cloudy golden-yellow colour with a big warm frothy cap, good retention and some foamy, almost creamy lacing. Belgian ale yeast aromas with light grass and some spices. A nice grassiness in the taste from the hops, creating a soft dry mouthfeel. Fruity flavours from the malts and yeast. Orange notes with mild tart lingering. Not your typical Canadian brew and pretty close to the Belgian ones.

Pours an extremely large amount of foamy bubbly off-white head and has an amber coppery appearance with sediments visible. Aromas of yeast, oranges, resin and spice hops. Flavours are just slightly sour, oranges, floral hops, spices. Has some yeasty notes also. Has a bit of bitterness on the palate. A little tarty as well but not too offensive.
