A smooth malty flavor attained from the richness of Munich malts that finishes with gentle warming sweetness. Toffee notes and understated hop bitterness round out the bock experience. Brewed in the Fall, Aged in the Winter, Celebrated in the Spring. Prost!

Pours a clear and rather bubbly chestnut with a nice fine-bubbled light tan head. Aroma has caramel, sweet malt and subtle woody notes. Flavor has a woody core that supports caramel, malty, cinnamon and bready tones. Firm, smooth texture has good fizz and leaves a tasty, cinnamon-toast finish. Get this goat!

A light mahogany in color with a big frothy textured, very light beige head rising above. There was some hang time on the head. It settled into a thin ringlet. The profile is caramel and licorice. Sweet mash. Light, effervescent.
